At éS Skateboarding, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original shoebox or packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in sellable condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
